Schellie Andrews

Schellie Andrews, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from American InterContinental University, Schaumburg, IL in 2012. In 2016, she earned a master鈥檚 degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from 花椒直播 Providence. Chef Andrews joined the faculty at 花椒直播 Charlotte in 2016 after teaching eight years on the 花椒直播 North Miami Campus.
She has worked in the hospitality industry for 35 years, first as a professional pastry chef for 20 years and then as a pastry chef instructor for the last 15 years.
